Basic Ways to Stop Overthinking (Ocean Sounds)

When we talk about recovering from COVID-19 and coming into a new normal, I can't leave our overthinking.

Overthinking can be an extremely detrimental habit that will allow you to lose sight of the present, while simultaneously screw up any plans you put in place for the future. 

As we grow into our our new normal, our minds are going naturally start racing with questions. Due to this life shifting pandemic, everything seems to be unclear. 

This is a lot easier said than done, but please remember to remain present in all situations as we adjust to our new lives.

When you start to feel that massive wave of uncertainty, just stop everything your doing, meditate for about 10 minutes, reassure your self that it will be okay and release all of the fear and anxiety you have.
