How are you staying focused?

I'm with Luke, an amazing baseball player who is starting to dominate the mental game.

In this clip, Luke really hits home the concept of being focused, which doesn't take much effort once you understand how it works.

Being focused is simply shifting your mind into being present.

When you need to focus, the first thing you do is become aware of your breath. From your breath, the focus on your breathing will assure you, you are in the present and from there you'll see results.

Being focused is the only way to be apart of the game, and once you're focused, you're in it to win it.
