TYRONE — A Mifflin County woman faces char­ges after state police said she crashed through eight construction barriers on I-99.,Morgan Schenker, 29, of Lewistown was arrested in Tyrone in the early morning hours of Nov. 3 after state police suspected she was intoxicated when she crashed into the lighted, orange and white construction barriers in the southbound lanes of I-99.,According to charges filed in Tyrone District Court, Tyrone police called state police about 3:30 a.m. to re­port the crash and that Schenker, who was parked at the Sheetz on Logan Ave­nue, appeared intoxicated.,Schenker told state police she was lost and on the way to a friend’s house in Phil­ips­burg and had crashed while looking at the GPS on her phone.,State police noted it was Schenker’s second DUI arrest.
